1 year, on-site, parts and labour warranty on all systems
This warranty can be extended by the purchase of an upgrade to the original warranty. The cost of the extension is $83 per year. This warranty applies to systems in the Perth Metropolitan Area (PMA). Outside the PMA, a Return-To-Base warranty applies. The warranty covers hardware faults only. Software problems are not covered under the terms of this warranty.Our standard on-site warranty is for a next business day response. Usually, however, warranty concerns will be handled on the business day they are reported. These conditions can be varied on consultation with ourselves. We will quote on any variation to the standard warranty that is required.
** Exceptions: Indivdual components may carry individual warranties in excess of the standard system warranty, e.g. - most HDD's are warranted for 3yrs.
